Meaning of Pattern,

Is the pseudonym of the patriot Ch'ang Ho (1876-1939) The 24 movements represents his entire life which he devoted to furthering the education of Korea and its independence movement.

   

 

Parallel Ready Stance

1. Move left foot to B forming a left walking stance with a outer forearm high obverse side block.

2. Middle reverse punch with th right fist.

3. Move the left foot on line AB turn clockwise right walking stance with a outer forearm high obverse side block.

4. Middle reverse punch with the left fist.

5. Move the left foot to D forming a right L stance with a middle guarding block with knife hand.

6. Move the right foot to D forming a right walking stance with a middle straight fingertip thrust.

7. Twist the right knife hand and the body to the left. Palm facing downwards, move left foot to D turning counter-clockwise, left walking stance with a high obverse strike with left back knuckle fist.

8. Move the right foot to D forming a right walking stance with a high obverse strike with right back knuckle fist.

9. Move the left foot to B forming a left walking stance with a outer forearm high obverse side block.

10. Middle reverse punch with the right fist.

11. Move the left foot on the line EF turn clockwise right walking stance with a outer forearm high obverse side block.

12. Middle reverse with the left fist.

13. Move the left foot to CE forming a left walking stance with a outerforearm high wedging block.

14. Middle front snap kick with right foot maintaining hand position.

15. Lower the right foot toCE with middle obverse punch. Perform in a fast motion.

16. Middle reverse punch. Perform in a fast motion.

17. Move the right foot to CF forming a right walking stance with a outer forearm high wedging block.

18. Middle front snap kick with the left foot maintaining hand position.

19. Lower right foot to CE with middle obverse punch. Perform in a fast motion.

20. Middle reverse punch. Perform in a fast motion.

21. Move the left foot to C forming a left walking stance with a forearm obverse rising block.

22. Move the right foot to C forming a right walking stance with a forearm obverse rising block.

23. Move the left foot to B in sitting stance with a middle side strike with left knife hand.

24. Move the left foot to the right foot, move the right foot to A forming a sitting stance with a middle side strike with right knife hand.

 

  Bring the right foot to the left foot formining a parallel ready stance facing D
